Publication
The conference offers three publication routes, each with its own conditions: the Abstract Book, the conference proceedings and journal opportunities.

- Reviewed by an international Scientific Committee
- Double-blind peer review · iThenticate screened
- ISBN Abstract Book · Proceedings with ISSN & DOI
Three Levels of Publication
Abstract Book (ISBN)
All accepted abstracts of registered participants are published in the conference Abstract Book with an ISBN. You can publish an abstract only; a full paper is not required for this level.
Conference Proceedings (ISSN, DOI, Google Scholar)
Full papers can be published in the conference Proceedings with an ISSN. Each published paper receives a DOI, and the Proceedings are indexed in Google Scholar.
Conditions:
- The full paper is submitted by the full-paper deadline.
- The full paper passes double-blind peer review.
- The paper follows the author guidelines.
Journal Opportunities
Selected full papers may be considered for publication opportunities in Scopus-indexed journals; final acceptance depends on paper quality and the decision of journal editors. Each journal applies its own editorial and review process.
Peer Review and Editorial Process
Abstracts and full papers are reviewed double-blind under the oversight of the Scientific Committee. Reviewers assess relevance, originality, clarity, method and conclusions. Authors may be asked to revise their work before it is accepted.
Research Ethics, Plagiarism and AI Disclosure
All submissions are screened for similarity using iThenticate, part of Crossref Similarity Check. Similarity screening checks overlap with existing texts; it is not used as a test of whether AI wrote a paper.
Generative AI may be used in manuscript writing only to improve language and readability, with disclosure. Authors remain responsible for the content, and AI cannot be listed as an author. Where applicable, the author's AI-use declaration is kept with the submission and included in the publication record. AI used as a research method is described in the methodology.
Indexing and Visibility
Papers published in the Proceedings are registered with Crossref, so each one receives a DOI. The conference also applies to services such as Google Scholar and DOAJ. Inclusion is decided by each service and is not guaranteed.
