Participation Types

Presenter

For accepted authors giving an oral or poster presentation in Paris. Student and Regular rates are available. Students show a valid student ID at check-in.

Co-Author

For a co-author of an accepted paper attending in person, with their own badge and certificate.

Virtual Presenter

For accepted authors presenting live online.

Listener

For anyone attending the conference in Paris without presenting a paper. No submission is needed.

Co-authors who are named on a paper but do not attend are not registered and pay nothing. An additional listener pays the Listener fee.

Publication of a presenter's paper follows the conditions on the Publication page. Listeners do not present or publish a paper.

CANCELLATION POLICY — In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable.

You can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra charge if you tell us in writing before 16 March 2027, and in-person participants can switch to virtual participation by telling us before the conference. See the Terms & Conditions for details.

Bank Transfer

Upload your payment receipt during registration. Transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear and be matched to your registration, and any bank charges are borne by the participant.

Can my university receive a pro forma invoice before paying?

Yes. Request a pro forma invoice before paying.

Can I register someone else, or several people?

Yes. Choose "Someone else" and enter the attendee's details, then your own as the booking contact. One registration covers one presenter with attending co-authors, or one listener with additional listeners. Other combinations need separate registrations.

How much does an additional listener cost?

What certificates will I receive?

Presenters and co-authors receive a Certificate of Presentation, virtual presenters a Certificate of Virtual Presentation, and listeners a Certificate of Participation.

How long does bank transfer confirmation take?

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. If your institution needs an invoice before paying, request a pro forma invoice. If you have already paid, contact us with your order reference and billing details.

How do I correct my details or request a missing document?

Contact us with the attendee's name, registration email and order reference if you have it. Please do not register or pay again. See Help & Support for details.

When will I receive the programme?

The programme is prepared based on accepted and registered presentations. Registered participants will receive it by email when it is ready.

Can I pay at the conference?

No. On-site payment is not available.
