Help & Support
Find quick answers below. If you still need help, contact us and we will reply within 1–2 business days.

Submission & Registration
Do I need a full paper to take part?
No. You only need an abstract for review. A full paper is optional and is needed only if you want to be considered for the Proceedings.
How long does the review take?
You will receive your decision by email within 7–14 business days of submission. Presenter registration closes on 16 March 2027, so submitting early leaves you time to register.
Can I submit more than one paper?
Yes. Submit each paper separately. If more than one is accepted, add the additional papers to your registration.
How do I revise my submission or send my full paper later?
Use Update an Existing Submission and quote your original submission ID and email. If reviewers requested revisions, follow the deadline in their email. For a change you initiate yourself, check the update window shown on the page. Later full papers follow the separate full-paper deadline. Sending an update does not mean it has been accepted or applied; wait for our team's confirmation. Please do not submit the same paper again as a new submission.
Can I use AI when preparing my submission?
You may use generative AI only to improve the language and readability of your own text, and you must disclose the tool, what you used it for and that you checked the output. Basic spelling, grammar, punctuation and reference-formatting checks need no disclosure. AI cannot be an author or replace your own research. If AI is part of your research method, describe it in your methodology. For an abstract, disclose writing assistance in the separate declaration field in the form; for a full paper, also add the statement immediately before References. Studying AI as a research topic is, of course, welcome.
Generative AI Author PolicyCan I attend without presenting?
Yes. Choose Listener in the registration form. Listeners attend the conference in Paris.
How much does an additional listener cost?
The same as the Listener fee.
Can I register on behalf of someone else?
Yes. Choose "Someone else" in the registration form. The attendee receives their badge, certificate, programme and joining details; you receive the payment confirmation and receipt.
How do I correct my registration details or request a missing document?
Contact the conference team with the attendee's name, registration email and order/registration reference if available. Tell us which detail needs correcting or which document is missing. If someone registered on your behalf, identify the attendee separately from the booking contact. Please do not register or pay again to request a correction or another copy.
Payment & Discounts
Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card and PayPal, both through PayPal, and bank wire transfer with a receipt upload. On-site payment is not available.
How long does bank transfer confirmation take?
Your place is confirmed once our team matches the payment. Allow 3–5 business days. Bank transfer charges are paid by the participant.
Can my university receive a pro forma invoice before paying?
Yes. Use Request a Pro Forma Invoice and provide your institution's billing details, the attendee names and the registration required. Our team will check the fees and email the invoice. After your institution pays, complete the normal registration form and upload the transfer receipt. Requesting or receiving the invoice does not complete registration or reserve a place. Please check the invoice's validity date before arranging payment.
Can I get an invoice after paying?
Yes. Contact us with your order reference and billing details.
What is your cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY — In case of any cancellation or non-attendance, unfortunately the registration fees are not refundable.
You can transfer your registration to a colleague, or switch from in-person to virtual participation, under the conditions in the Terms & Conditions.
Terms & ConditionsDo you offer discounts?
Groups of 3–5 participants receive a 10% discount, while groups of more than 5 participants receive a 20% discount. For more information, please contact us.
