Update an Existing Submission

Use this page to respond to a reviewer request, request a change to an existing submission, or send a full paper for an abstract you already submitted. Do not use it for a new paper.
Sending an update does not mean it has been approved or applied. Our team will check the submission, deadline and requested changes and email the outcome. Until we confirm a change, your existing submission remains the current version. Updates may require further review and may not be possible once programme or publication files are finalised.

What to expect
Send the complete revised material and your response to the reviewers. Reviewers may assess it again. A revision does not guarantee acceptance.

I want to request a change myself

Until 5 March 2027, if the affected output is not finalised
What to expect
Explain what changed and why. If review has started, we may defer or decline the change. Changes after acceptance may need to be reassessed.
The update window for this option is closed. If a change is essential, contact us quoting your submission ID before sending files. We cannot promise to apply late changes.

Until 18 April 2027, 23:59 CEST
What to expect
Quote your original submission ID and upload the full paper. This is not a new abstract submission and does not by itself confirm publication in the Proceedings.
